School Fundraiser Application

Thank you for your interest in supporting TCSD#1 schools, students, and staff! Before you fill out this form, please take a moment to read the school fundraiser guidelines at Educationfoundationjh.org/school-fundraisers.

 

APPROVAL TIMES:

School fundraisers are subject to the same financial approvals and processes as any other financial transaction within TCSD#1. Once you submit your application it will be subject to approvals as follows:

 · Up to $1K: Approval of Principal and EFJH ED (Ginny Stradley)

· $1K to $5K: Approval of Principal, EFJH ED, and Activities Director (Ryan Allen)

· $5K and over: Approval of Principal, Activities Director, EFJH ED, Executive Director of Activities and Facilities (Mike Hansen), TCSD CFO (Kristen Mayo), Superintendent (Scott Crisp), and TCSD#1 Board of Trustees. For consideration from TCSD#1 Board of Trustees, your fundraiser must be submitted as an agenda item two weeks before the board meeting.
